Privacy Notice
Effective 26 August 2026. This notice explains how the Qentra account portal processes customer and administrator data.

Account data
We process work email addresses, organization membership, connected product identifiers, aggregate product usage, subscription status, security events and support communications to provide, protect and administer Qentra services.
Authentication and security
Sign-in links are single-use and expire after 15 minutes. Only cryptographic hashes of sign-in and session tokens are stored. Security logs are limited to information needed for abuse prevention, incident response and auditability.
Billing
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for self-service purchases and independently processes payment details, tax information, invoices, refunds and subscription management. Qentra stores Paddle customer and subscription identifiers, plan status and entitlement data. Qentra never receives full card numbers.
Product data
Each product has a product-specific privacy notice describing the content and operational data it processes. Qentra applies tenant isolation, least privilege, encryption in transit and documented retention controls.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of account data by contacting privacy@qentra.tech. Some records may be retained where required for security, contractual, tax or legal obligations.
