Refund policy.
How cancellations, withdrawal requests and refunds are handled for Qentra software and subscriptions. Mandatory consumer rights always remain unaffected.
Self-service purchases
Paddle is the Merchant of Record and contractual seller for purchases completed through Paddle Checkout. Paddle processes payments, applicable taxes, invoices, cancellations and refunds. Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply together with any mandatory rights under applicable law.
Requesting a refund
Submit a Paddle transaction request through paddle.net using the email and order details on your receipt, or contact support@qentra.tech. Qentra will investigate the product issue and may initiate a full or partial refund through Paddle where appropriate.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Cancel a self-service subscription in Qentra Account or the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally preserves access until the end of the paid period. Charges already billed are not automatically refundable unless required by law or approved under Paddle’s policy.
Digital services and consumer rights
Consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights, including a 14-day right in parts of the European Economic Area. This right can be limited for digital content or services supplied immediately after the consumer expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges the applicable consequence. All non-waivable rights remain unaffected.
Faults and service issues
If software is materially defective, unavailable beyond a published commitment or substantially different from its description, contact support with the order reference and reproducible details. Qentra will seek to restore or correct the service and will support an appropriate price reduction or refund where repair is not reasonable or mandatory law requires it.
Enterprise agreements
Enterprise plans are governed by the signed order form, master agreement or statement of work, including its service-credit, acceptance, termination and refund provisions.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment network and financial institution. Paddle provides the related confirmation or credit note.
